Booster Club Banner Special Terms & Conditions
 

This promotional offer is available exclusively to Booster Clubs. This offer is not available to ISDs, school districts, individual schools, athletic departments, teams, school-affiliated departments, or any other organization unless expressly approved in writing by ASAP Printing Solutions.
 

Promotional banner pricing applies only to qualifying Booster Club banner orders and is based on the banner size, quantity ordered, and final approved order specifications. All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of production. Standard production timelines apply following receipt of payment, final artwork approval, and all required order details.
 

*The advertised $400 design credit applies only to the qualifying Booster Club banner order and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, applied to other products or services, used toward future orders, or combined with any other credit, discount, promotion, coupon, or special offer unless expressly approved in writing by ASAP Printing Solutions. Any unused portion of the design credit has no cash value and will be forfeited.
 

**Booster Clubs that order 50 or more banners of any size will receive 10 promotional caps with logo patches, limited to one set of 10 caps per qualifying Booster Club order. The promotional cap offer is subject to availability and will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Cap brands, styles, colors, sizes, and quantities are subject to available inventory at the time the qualifying order is processed. Customers may not select specific cap styles, brands, colors, sizes, or combinations. Specific school colors, team colors, preferred colors, or exact color matches are not guaranteed. No changes, substitutions, exchanges, redesigns, modifications, or special requests may be made to the promotional caps. Any requested change, substitution, or customization to the promotional caps will result in forfeiture of the promotional cap offer. Promotional caps have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, discounts, alternate products, or future services. Promotional caps may be kept, sold, raffled, donated, given away, or otherwise distributed by the Booster Club at its sole discretion. ASAP Printing Solutions assumes no responsibility for the Booster Club’s resale, distribution, promotion, or use of the promotional caps after delivery.
 

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, credit, or special pricing unless expressly approved in writing by ASAP Printing Solutions. ASAP Printing Solutions reserves the right to modify, limit, substitute, or discontinue this promotional offer at any time, including without limitation in the event of limited inventory, production constraints, pricing errors, artwork issues, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.
